An order can be modified in several cases:

  • If it is a custom-made, Made-to-Measure, or made-to-order item (leather goods or otherwise), a modification will only be possible if the manufacturing process has not yet begun.
  • If it is an item or object in stock, as long as it has not yet been shipped or personalized, it will be possible to make modifications or update your order.

Please inform us as soon as possible by contacting us through the "contact" form, ensuring prompt adjustments to accommodate your needs. This flexibility allows us to cater to your preferences before your order is finalized and dispatched.

Your order will be processed within one to three business days, subject to card authorization and stock availability. For any customized, Made-to-Measure, or made-to-order item or object, a manufacturing period should be anticipated, depending on the item's complexity and current demand. However, we aim to dispatch each order within 24 hours on business days. Our workshop operates from Monday to Friday, ensuring efficient and timely handling of your purchase. This approach allows us to balance quality craftsmanship with prompt delivery, tailoring our process to meet and exceed your expectations.

Upon approval of your order, you will receive a confirmation email containing shipping details and a tracking number. Please be aware that the carrier may take up to 24 hours to update the shipping information after you have received the shipping confirmation email from us. This step ensures you are well-informed about the journey of your order from our door to yours, providing transparency and ease of mind throughout the shipping process.

During the checkout process, simply check the option to exclude the price on the invoice. This adjustment ensures that your gift can be sent without revealing the cost to the recipient, while maintaining the elegance and surprise of your thoughtful gesture.

To create your customized or made-to-measure item, you will first need to provide us with a detailed description of the item you desire or the dream project you have in mind. We will respond within one to four weeks with a quote and a timeline. Our team will be in direct contact with you throughout the design process.

Custom services can only be applied to products that are already in our catalog. This service includes choosing from our selection of leathers, threads of different colors, and hot stamping.
